Welcome to the Oklahoma FFA Association website (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, which provides information related to Oklahoma FFA contests, events, and related resources. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is operated by the Oklahoma FFA Association ("we," "us," or "our") to provide contest information, resources, and related materials to FFA members, advisors, educators, and the public. The Site does not require account registration and does not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is described in Section 4 below.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it;
Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce;
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission.
3. Contest Information and Materials
Contest rules, schedules, standards, and related documents made available on the Site (including materials displayed through the embedded PDF viewer) are provided for informational purposes. While we work to keep this information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, up to date, or free of error. In the event of any conflict between materials on the Site and official Oklahoma FFA Association or National FFA Organization publications, the official publications control. Participants and advisors should confirm contest details through official Oklahoma FFA Association channels.
4. Cookies and Data Collection
The Site does not operate user accounts and does not ask visitors to submit personal information through forms. The Site does use standard cookies and similar tracking technologies provided by our website platform, Squarespace, for purposes such as site functionality and analytics (e.g., understanding page traffic). These are the same standard cookies used across Squarespace-hosted sites generally. You can control cookies through your browser settings. 5. Third-Party PDF Viewer
The Site uses a third-party embedded tool to display PDF documents. This tool is provided by a third party, and your use of it while viewing documents on the Site may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of this third-party tool.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and documents (excluding third-party materials identified as such) — is owned by or licensed to the Oklahoma FFA Association and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial, informational use related to FFA contest participation. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
The FFA name and emblem are protected under federal law (36 U.S.C. § 82305) and used here under authorization; no other party may use them without proper authorization.
7. Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the National FFA Organization or partner organizations). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OKLAHOMA FFA ASSOCIATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
